White and dark spots on the prawn head are natural salt crystallization and pigment loss after drying and are not indicators of mold.

Shelf Life & Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and in its original packaging for up to one month. Once opened, consume within one week for optimal freshness, or freeze for up to 2 months (dispose if any freezer burn develops).
