Ingredients: buckwheat flour, rice flour, coconut flour, egg, lactose-free yoghurt, coconut oil, water, South African honey, apple cider vinegar (with the Mother), spirulina powder, carob powder, turmeric powder.

Shelf Life & Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and in its original packaging for up to three weeks. Once opened, consume within one week for optimal freshness, or freeze for up to 3 months (dispose if any freezer burn develops).
